 FallPerfect is a fall annual seed blend of cereal grains and
forage clovers designed to give you the perfect balance of nutrition and quality
for your whitetail herd. This fall blend includes triticale which withstands
freezing temperatures very well and is palatable to whitetails from planting
into late January. FallPerfect also includes cereal rye which grows very quickly
and is the most palatable cereal grain. This variety produces a lot of forage
very quickly (7-8 thousand pounds of plant matter from planting to April,
protein level of 15-18%. There are two varieties of clover in FallPerfect, Arrow
leaf and Crimson; both are high quality forage producers. Arrow leaf thrives in
the spring and crimson grows well in the fall, both have a protein level
averaging at +25%

Planting Zones: FallPerfect is a cool-season mix and should be planted after
warm season temperatures have expired.
- Zone 1: August - September
- Zone 2: September - October
- Zone 3: September - November

Tips on planting FallPerfect:
- Disk or apply non-selective herbicide and Synurgize to food plot area,
we don’t want any weeds competing with our Fall Perfect blend.
- Apply the correct amount of fertilizer and lime according to soil test
results or apply 200-250lb of 13-13-13 per acre and lime to reach soil pH
level for plant production.
- With fall planting it is important to wait for adequate moisture, get
your plot ready for broadcasting seed, then plant when you have moisture in
the soil. Planting then waiting on rainfall will often leave you with
undesirable results.
- Disk or plow in fertilizer and lime inputs, use a drag to smooth out the
soil surface, then broadcast your seed to the area, you can use the drag
again to cover seeds with soil, or use a cult-packer.
- After your FallPerfect reaches a stand, apply 32 oz of Nutri-Plot
Fertilizer & Attractant with 10 gallons of water per acre; apply every two
weeks, making at least 3 applications.
- FallPerfect is an annual seed blend that should be replanted every fall,
great for hunter plots.
