Planting Zones: Nutri-Plot's NutriFeast
can be planted in the spring or fall.
- Zone 1: April - May / August - September
- Zone 2: March - April / August - September
- Zone 3: February - March / October - November

NutriFeast is available in our NEW Nutri-Plot
Advantage TV Kit.
Tips on planting NutriFeast:
- Apply a non-selective herbicide (Round Up) and Synurgize to the plot
area, wait 2 weeks for the herbicide to do its job, eliminating all unwanted
vegetation from the food plot site.
- Disk or plow the area for good soil to seed contact, apply fertilizer
and lime inputs (refer to your soil test or apply 200-250 lbs of 6-24-24 and
equivalent lime to raise soil pH to desired level for plant production.
After fertilizer and lime inputs have been spread evenly over the food plot
site, disk or plow again to incorporate inputs.
- Use a culti-packer or drag to smooth out the seed bed surface, allowing
proper seed depth placement. Once the Nutri-Feast seed blend has been
broadcasted over the plot site, use a culti-packer to properly plant seeds.
- Once your plot has reached a full stand, apply 1 qt of Nutri-Plot
Fertilizer & Attractant concentrate with 10 gallons of water per acre; apply
Nutri-Plot every 30-45 days, a maximum of 4 applications per season.
- Mow your Nutri-Feast food plot at least once per season to aid in
reseeding clovers and keeping weed pressure to a minimum.
- You can use Synurgize and the following post-emergent herbicides to
control weed pressure, for grasses: Poast or Assure II, for broadleaves:
Raptor, when handling pesticides remember to always follow label
instructions. You can apply Nutri-Plot Fertilizer & Attractant with your
herbicide to reduce trips over the field.
